30-Day Return Policy
Most eligible products purchased from PowercallSirens.com may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition and include all parts, accessories, and packaging when applicable.
Unless the return is due to an error by Powercall Sirens LLC or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom & Personalized Products
Products that are customized, personalized, made-to-order, or produced specifically for the customer are not eligible for return or refund simply because the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, provides incorrect information, or no longer wants the product.
However, if a customized or personalized product was made incorrectly by Powercall Sirens LLC, arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate spelling, wording, colors, sizes, designs, and other customization information when placing an order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Refunds
