Powercall X71A Version 2.5 Dual Tone Emergency Siren

The Powercall X71A Version 2.5 is the newest version of our compact 2-tone remote emergency siren, now upgraded to work with a negative trigger signal.

NEW VERSION 2.5 — NEGATIVE TRIGGER ACTIVATION

The biggest improvement with Version 2.5 is how the siren is activated.

The X71A no longer requires a negative pulse. It is now activated by a negative signal, making it much easier to integrate with other switches, controllers, and external triggering devices that provide a negative output.

You can operate the X71A using the included heavy-duty dual-position momentary switch, or connect it to your own compatible external triggering system.

Each position activates one of the two siren tones:

• Powercall / Warble Tone

• Whoop Tone

This makes the X71A an excellent choice for fire, rescue, police, military, undercover, and specialty emergency vehicle applications where a compact remote siren is needed.

Easy Installation

Installation is simple and straightforward. Connections include:

• Power

• Ground

• Speaker leads

• Trigger wires

Connections are made through the onboard terminal strip, and the wiring information on the unit makes installation easy to understand.

Speaker Requirement

The X71A requires ONE 100-watt siren speaker, sold separately. This siren cannot be operated with two speakers.

For best performance, we recommend pairing it with our Powercall 6DX Siren Speaker.

Important Version 2.5 Update

Previous versions of the X71A used a negative pulse for activation.

The X71A Version 2.5 uses a negative trigger signal instead, allowing the siren to remain activated while the negative signal is applied. This provides much greater compatibility with external controllers and triggering systems.
