These hats are our BLACKOUT hats. Each hat is a BLACK hat and has BLACK EMBROIDERY all the time. This gives the "Blackout" or "Subdued" look. Fill in the appropriate fields for each hat. Remember, each hat has ALL BLACK embroidery, even the name on the back, flag, etc.
IF YOU ARE PUTTING THE MALTESE ON THE BACK, REMEMBER THE MALTESE CAN HAVE 3 CHARACTERS MAX ON EACH LINE AND IT'S ALWAYS BLACK!
Our embroidered Flex Fit 6277 hats can be fully customized to you or your company. Each of our hats has it's own special customization depending on the layout of the design, all of which can be fully custom made for you with NO MINIMUMS. Explain exactly what text you want when ordering this product. Our website automatically calculated quantity discounts for larger orders. See the table in this listing for the quantity discount table.
If you request it, your design can be posted to our website under the "Custom Hat Designs " page, so you and your friends can go back later and order them. If you cannot find your design at a later date or need to have one posted, just contact us and we'll be happy to put it right up for you! It only takes a few minutes, that way all of your people can see it and place their own orders.

THE SMALLER THE LINE GETS***
You have the option as well to either put your name on the back, a rectangle USA Flag or a custom Maltese Cross. These options are all shown in the drop-down list.
The custom maltese cross on the back can have a MAXIMUM of 4 letters on the top line, 2 characters in the middle and 4 characters on the bottom. 2 characters looks much better, just remember the more you put, the smaller it will get.
