Most all of our hats are MADE TO ORDER since we offer so many different designs and hat types. Our company has up to 3 BUSINESS DAYS to make and ship your hat. Tracking is first class mail package and comes in a box!

Jake Designing and Powercall Sirens offers custom embroidered Flex Fit, Adjustable or Winter hats. They are all embroidered by us in the USA from Northern Virginia. Remember that all of our items are made to order so they are always made fresh and guaranteed brand new. "The Fierstien Brand" We also accept custom requests for just about any trade or any hat you might want. Message us for a custom request.

Remember that most hats are made off shore. We purchase our hats from USA Vendors and embroider and design all of our garments in Northern Virginia.

Our USA-300 hat are the hats with the flag on the corner of the brim:

• Brushed cotton twill
• Structured, mid-profile, six-panel
• Pre-curved visor, American flag woven label on visor
• Hook and loop closure
• Hat size: 6 5/8 - 7 3/8

If you are ordering a flex fit hat, the Flex Fit hats we use are the 6277 most commonly. The size for the flex fit hat, if that is the one you have chosen is shown below.

Contents: 63% Polyester / 34% Cotton / 3% Spandex

Sizes: S/M (6 3/4"-7 1/4"), L/XL (7 1/8"-7 5/8"), XL/2XL (7 3/8"-8")

The 6277 Flex Fit hat's, available in 3 different sizes (Depending on stock just because many manufacturers have items on backorder. We have colors like Dark Navy, Black , Red, Dark Gray and Olive. XL/XXL only comes in Navy, Black and Dark Gray. These larger sizes are scare right now (Nov. 2021)

All of our hat ship ship FREE First class mail or Priority Mail in a box with tracking. Message us for any questions.
