All of our designs are custom designed and laser engraved by David Fierstien in Northern Virginia. Each item will come packaged in a box with a rigid back, to ensure that there is no damage in shipment.
PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN OPENING YOUR PACKAGE. Some of the laser engraved names are fragile and may get broken if special care is not taken. The box should also say FRAGILE on it in most cases.
