The following policies are put in place and are guidelines
of our company. |

Items that are being returned ABSOLUTELY REQUIRE a
return authorization number. You must contact us at
1-866-774-7367 Extension 1 to get this number. Returns
without this number will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Returns must be within 30 days of the purchase. Any
orders over 30 days are non-returnable. This is a non
negotiable rule.

All returns must be in the original packaging that the
item came with when delivered. Any item not returned with
the original packaging are considered non-returnable.

Shipping and Handling is not part of the refund process.
Any shipping and handling charged is not refunded to the
customer unless the fault was of Powercallsirens shipping
the incorrect part. This is handled on a case by case
basis.

If the item was used in any way and/or disassembled
and then
re-assembled, the unit is Not Returnable.

All items sent back to us must be properly packaged. If
your item is damaged upon return due to incorrect
packaging, Powercallsirens is not held responsible for
this damage and the item will be non-refundable.

Refunds are sent back in the form of a check to the
customer. We do not refund via credit card due to the
fee's associated with this.
